The team decided to use the ML and IRC channel and skip the weekly
meetings. We will add the meeting back later in case needed.

Due to conflict with the WoO meeting as there are a lot of overlapping
participants we are moving the OUI meetings to odd weeks in the same
slot starting on August 27 (Monday).

This change removes one of the alternating meeting slots and is planning
to use the Monday 2000 UTC time slot with bi-weekly cadence based on the
attendance in the last active meeting period.
The meeting series with the new schedule will start on August 20.
