Overriding the arrow keys may be difficult (and not desirable). My
remote has a button that sends 'x', so use that to advance the
zuul simulation.

Add a slide that mentions that all sysadmin is performed via
code-reviewed git repositories.
Also, add a small system diagram to the logstash slide.

DOM mutation events are deprecated and won't be fixed. Instead,
monkeypatch the show_slide function in slidy.
Tested with firefox and chromium.

failing tests to the nearest non failing item (NNFI). Update the
simulation in the overview talk to reflect that behavior.

* images/contributor-pie-chart.png: Up to date stackyltics graph for
for Havana dev cycle.
* images/jobs-launched.png: Capture end of H3 jobs launched as the
numbers there are very impressive. Make text larger and bolder, remove
legend (title covers legend info).
* images/status.png: Use recent Zuul status screen cap to show current
pipelines and sparklines.
* index.html: Add Clark to author list, update project list to include
marconi, fix a JJB documentation link TODO, correct python test
platforms, and note integration tests are run in parallel.

* README.rst: make-index uses the first line of README.rst to generate
the talk title on the publications index page. Set the topmost header in
README.rst to the talk's title to accomodate make-index.

The previously used OpenStack logo used in the banner scaled poorly. Use
a higher res logo that deals with scaling a little better.
