These changes were missed by Sysadmin's proposed
Migration Patch, this patch takes care of these
missings.
Also updated kolla review pull task to use
review.opendev.org instead of opendev.org as
remote url because opendev.org currently don't
have review refs/changes synched due to gitea bug.

Our official git master is at git.openstack.org, update places
that use github instead.
Also update repository, it's project-config now instead of config, and
the location of the files has been adjusted for this change.

This script can be used to give some basic metrics about the
reliability of a cloud allowing us to make an informed decision about
its suitability for CI. As is parts of it could be improved but this can
be an exercise when burning in the next cloud.
It has been used in order to assess hp1 suitability to being added back
actively running CI jobs.
