removing the other remaining files if there is any.

* got rid of the 3 patches that were merged by upstream since 1.2.0
Build on Ubuntu Precise successfully.
[debian/control]
- python-statsd as a build dependencies so we can test statsd is working
during package building.
- depends on package `adduser` which is used in postinst. Fix lintian
check: maintainer-script-needs-depends-on-adduser
[debian/copyright]
- Timo nickname is "Krinkle"
- Mention Antoine and Wikimedia in the copyright list for debian/*
[debian/patches]
- binary-without-manpage usr/bin/zuul-server . Fixed by making sphinx
generate a man page named `zuul-server.1` instead of simply `zuul.1`.
Patch is already in upstream.
[debian/watch]
- updated regex, we want to be as precise as possible so escape dots and
use \d when looking for numbers.
This fails to build properly because of new dependencies. Working with
wikimedia to get them added into Debian.
