The CoprHD driver was marked unsupported
in Rocky and the vendor has indicated that
the driver is deprecated. Given the feedback
I am removing the driver.

Probably the most common format for documenting arguments is reST field
lists [1]. This change updates some docstrings to comply with the field
lists syntax.
