Our official git master is at git.openstack.org, update places
that use github instead.
Also, update content to point to main page, the user guide is not in
DocBook anymore.
Also, remove some mention of Rackspace, they do not use this anymore.

This patch contains various fixes to make epub builds better
1) adds images directory to the epub
2) rasterises all SVGs in the images directory
3) Changes admonition images path so admon images now work!
4) Set images path, so images now also work.
5) Copy common files to the epub
6) set CSS to 'positioning.css'

We usually list response codes, followed by an element name like so:
Error response codes: identityFault (400, 500, …), badRequest (400), unauthorized
(401), forbidden (403), badMethod (405), overLimit (413),
serviceUnavailable (503), itemNotFound (404)
The element name is the name of the element in the content. For
example:

This works great except that not all APIs follow this pattern. This
patch allows for an extension in WADL that allows you to associate a
phrase wih a response. For example:

which would display:
Bad Request (400)

The primary advantage of the new release is it supports specifying the
encoding for generated files, which was actually causing problems in
previous releases. The encoding is implicitly specified by setting the
project.build.sourceEncoding property (which is already in place).
