JJ Asghar cc8b8f2cd3 Adding nova creating and deleting for client 
This is a way to create and delete nova instances leveraging an LWRP and
the fog gem.

This is just a POC on how to do it; but i think with this we can cargo
cult a lot of code to get all of fog supported.
