Retire repo 
This removes all content and updates the README to indicate the project
is now retired.

Ivan Kolodyazhny 76dafe011b Override TEMPEST_STORAGE_PROTOCOL option 
TEMPEST_STORAGE_PROTOCOL should have the same value as reported by a
Cinder Block Device Driver.

Ivan Kolodyazhny dc368b31d9 Disable volume encryption tests in tempest 
Set ATTACH_ENCRYPTED_VOLUME_AVAILABLE=False to disable encryption tests
because Block Device Driver does not support this feature
