Fix repository uri in README.rst
devstack-plugin-sheepdog repository uri was wrriten as following
in README.rst until now:
https://github.com/stackforge/devstack-plugin-sheepdog
But current uri is following one:
https://github.com/openstack/devstack-plugin-sheepdog.git
So this patch fix the uri describe.
