David Lyle 9bf38c85e4 Fixing backward compatibility
The remove_project_cache method was removed because the underlying
functionality never really worked. Unfortunately, that method was
called directly from Horizon in the Liberty release. An empty
signature is being added back to fix backward compatibility.

Django OpenStack Auth

Django OpenStack Auth is a pluggable Django authentication backend that works with Django's contrib.auth framework to authenticate a user against OpenStack's Keystone Identity API.

The current version is designed to work with the Keystone v2.0 and v3 API.
