Andreas Jaeger	5e717e6568	Retire repository ... Fuel (from openstack namespace) and fuel-ccp (in x namespace) repositories are unused and ready to retire. Bogdan Dobrelya	e8ac0d107e	Cleanup solar dependency ... Purge solar/resources as it is not used anymore in the installler. Purge scripts/yamls used with the solar deployments as well. Fix gitreview, gitignore, version, README. Add doc8/doc toxes for future docs.
