It seems we are affected by this bug, which is not going to be fixed for
Fuel 7.0:

Custom roles need to be created as for Fuel 6.1 by importing the config
and uploading it via CLI to Fuel master.

Also deleted the same package for CentOS, since it's not supported for
Fuel 7.0
Install Kilo instead of Juno
Edited several manifest to adapt it to Fuel 7.0

These files were not available for previous Fuel versions
Minor changes in environment_config and tasks files
