Renamed deprecated .eslintrc to .eslintrc.yaml

Use of .eslintrc is deprecated. Moreover, this is useful to get some
automatic syntax highlighting in the editors. Documentation of eslint
http://eslint.org/docs/user-guide/configuring#configuration-file-formats
states "Deprecated - use .eslintrc, which can be either JSON or YAML."
