Version 1 of the Images API was removed in Rocky by Change
Ia086230cc8c92f7b7dfd5b001923110d5bc55d4d. This patch removes
the version 1 "user guide" documentation.

Add documentation for the changes introduced by "Implement and Enable
Community Images", I94bc7708b291ce37319539e27b3e88c9a17e1a9f. Also
added some text to clarify the implications of the owner_is_tenant
configuration option when identifying an image producer or consumer.
Added an introductory section about the kinds of sharing available.

This patch updates the "narrative" Images v1 API docs for the
Newton release by adding a deprecation note to each page. That
way the note will be seen even if someone uses a direct link to
one of the pages.
The Images v1 API was deprecated with commit
63e6dbb1eb006758fbcf7cae83e1d2eacf46b4ab.

This spec describes new sorting standard for image output
in Glance and defines the system behavior in different cases.
Also information about sorting and some examples were added to
the existing api listing spec.

Splits up original v2 API document into multiple files.
