James Page	3023edd70a	Revert "Add a default rootwrap.conf file." glance_store is a dependency of glance, has the actual cinder integration code and ships a rootwrap.conf file, as well as the required filters and glance-rootwrap binary, so drop rootwrap.conf from glance.
