Adds a redfish-https boot interface, based upon the
redfish-virtual-media boot interface, however substantially copies
some base methods because of simplification offered to use by
putting "attach/detach" logic into how the sushy library handles
the application and reset of a URL as a boot setting.
This feature also increases the requirement for the Sushy library
to version 4.7.0 which includes support to set the HttpBootUri
field in the BMC and automatically unset it as well.

No real inspection is done: it only accepts data and returns success.
Common code has been extracted from the existing inspector-based
implementation.

The Redfish hardware type does not currently implement the RAID
hardware interface.
This patch implements the Redfish RAID interface, allowing operators
to specify the desired RAID configuration on Ironic Redfish nodes.

Apparently, we're hitting similar problems on some hardware that caused
us to add noop to ipmi. Maybe we should make it supported on all
hardware types, but right now it would break iLO. To reduce the scope
of this (hopefully backportable) patch, I'm limiting it to Redfish.

This patch introduces standard Redfish virtual media boot
support to ironic.
The patch implements basic boot interface features along with
devstack plugin support for virtual media boot. Functionally,
redfish boot interface supports the same set of features as PXE.
Unlike other virtual media boot implementations (e.g. iLo), this
patch does not require user-built deploy/rescue/boot ISO images
for virtual media boot. Instead, ironic will build necessary images
out of common kernel/ramdisk pair (though user needs to provide
ESP image).

This patch is adding a redfish driver based on the sushy library. This
is just a basic driver that currently supports:
* Power: Hard power on/off/reboot, soft power off/reboot
* Management: Setting the boot device (PXE, disk, cd-rom and bios)
and its frequency (persistent or not)
* Management: NMI Injection
* SSL authentication
Unittest coverage for the redfish modules is now in 100%, let's try to
keep it this way (-:
Documentation and DevStack updates will be done on subsequent patches.
