Lance Bragstad 8476768545 Update 3.10 versioning to limits and system scope This should have been done before the queens release. I noticed it when looking at the API reference and only seeing application credentials listed under 3.10 information. OpenStack Keystone

Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
