Erik Berg 7b692ea674 Bump SHA to fix flipping screens in spicehtml5 
By bumping this version, we're including;

"Handling non-topdown lz_rgb"
bfa85a7117

"Handle non topdown bitmaps"
7ba763feb5

This addresses the "FIXME: Implement non top down support for lz_rgb"
in horizon when viewing Windows VM's with the QXL driver installed.
Before these fixes, gui elements would be rendered upside down.

I'm backdating the "HEAD of master" to the commit date for these fixes,
because the SHA hasn't changed since a commit in 2016-03-08, but
there's been several commits to the project since.

OpenStack-Ansible

OpenStack-Ansible is an official OpenStack project which aims to deploy production environments from source in a way that makes it scalable while also being simple to operate, upgrade, and grow.

For those looking to test OpenStack-Ansible using an All-In-One (AIO) build, please see the Quick Start guide.

For more detailed Installation and Operator documentation, please see the Deployment Guide.

If OpenStack-Ansible is missing something you'd like to see included, then we encourage you to see the Developer Documentation for more details on how you can get involved.

Developers wishing to work on the OpenStack-Ansible project should always base their work on the latest code, available from the master GIT repository at Source.
