Remove unused link target 

With the, somewhat, recent changes in pypi became more strict on what it
will accept.  That resulted in I416befcf3e47818680018394fa63de8983351587
which is blocking the taskflow 3.2.0 release[1].

Remove the unused link target to clear the error.
