Mark McClain 49dff31e1a Recent Neutron change[1] requires extensions inherit from base class 
This change update the classes to inherit from the correct base class.

Akanda Neutron

Part of the Akanda Project.

Addon API extensions for OpenStack Neutron which enable functionality and integration with the Akanda project, notably Akanda router appliance interaction, and services for the Akanda RUG orchestration service.
