Mark McClain a8684d38fb remove import compatibility from akanda.* 
Code compatibility modules were left to assist with inplace upgrades.
These were designated to be removed in Newton, so this change removes
them.

Astara Neutron

Part of the Astara Project.

Addon API extensions for OpenStack Neutron which enable functionality and integration with the Astara project, notably Astara router appliance interaction, and services for the Astara RUG orchestration service.
