Billy Olsen 5a1674c4dc Sync charm-helpers ... Sync charm-helpers to pick up the updated InternalEndpointContext which removes the need to provide a package. This essentially reverts commit 575ae704 in favor of an alternative approach to selecting volume catalog endpoint information.
