James Page 0e1be87d68 Resolve symlinks to underlying block devices
When checking for holders on a block device, ensure that any
by-uuid or by-dname provided paths are resolved to the underlying
block device when searching for holders.

Helper functions for the ceph charms. This library has shared functionality that is used in the ceph-mon, ceph-osd and ceph charms. Anything that needs to be shared across the ceph charms should live here.
