Fix bugs of GPFSNFS & GPFSRemote Driver initialization failure

Due to lack of GPFS path ('/usr/lpp/mmfs/bin/') export,
GPFSNFS driver configuration & GPFSRemote driver configuration are
not able to find the GPFS commands causing the initialization failure.
With this patch, GPFS will be able to run all GPFS commands
irrespective of GPFS path export.
