Chris Yang 5c32be5a6d QNAP: Add support for QES 2.0.0 
This patch do the following change to the QNAP Cinder driver:
1. Add support for QNAP QES firmware 2.0.0.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
