Matt Riedemann 6d899b612c Drop nova-multiattach job 
The dependent Tempest change enables the volume multiattach tests
in the tempest-full and tempest-slow jobs, so we can drop the
nova-multiattach job. Note that we'll still run that job on
stable/queens and stable/rocky changes.

CINDER

You have come across a storage service for an open cloud computing service. It has identified itself as Cinder. It was abstracted from the Nova project.
