Show team and repo badges on README
This patch adds the team's and repository's badges to the README file. The motivation behind this is to communicate the project status and features at first glance. This cookbook provides shared message queue configuration for the OpenStack deployment provided by Chef for OpenStack. The [OpenStack chef-repo](http://github.com/openstack/openstack-chef-repo) contains documentation for using this cookbook in the context of a full OpenStack deployment. It currently supports RabbitMQ and will soon other queues.
