jiehua jin 100260a704 modified the depends openstack-metering version 
Currently, the latest openstack-common cookbook version is 0.4.3
The depends "openstack-common" version in the metadata.rb is
" ~> 0.3.0". After uploading the openstack-common, I upload the
"openstack-metering" cookbook. It output the dependency error.
Modified the depends "openstack-common" version in metadata.rb
could fix it.

Description

Installs the OpenStack Metering service Ceilometer as part of the OpenStack reference deployment Chef for OpenStack. Ceilometer is currently installed from packages.

agent-central

  • Installs agent central service.

agent-compute

  • Installs agent compute service.

api

  • Installs API service.

collector

  • Installs nova network service.

common

  • Common metering configuration.

Testing

This cookbook uses bundler, berkshelf, and strainer to isolate dependencies and run tests.

Tests are defined in Strainerfile.

To run tests:

$ bundle install # install gem dependencies
$ bundle exec berks install # install cookbook dependencies
$ bundle exec strainer test # run tests
