Sam Betts 52a4b20b11 Pin networking-cisco to Neutron stable/mikata ... This commit pins networking-cisco to stable/mikata now that neutron has opened master for Newton development. This is required until we cut our own stable/mikata branch. This patch also switches out the tarball caching for pip+git installation of neutron and neutronclient, providing the ability to set a default branch for neutron and the client in tox.ini and also the ability to override the branch settings by exporting NEUTRON_BRANCH or NEUTRONCLIENT_BRANCH variables in your local environment to give us further flexibility with the tox environment install process.
