README: add core team and other cleanup.

- Make the ProjectsCompanies-using-noVNC the canonical source for
  companies/project using noVNC and only give a brief summary here.

- Drop the personal Amazon donate/thanks link. Keep the charities and
  ask for a tweet if so.
