Subject: [PATCH] Liberty: Remove the example spec

Since Liberty cycle feature proposals are complete, we do not need this
example spec. It shows up on
http://specs.openstack.org/openstack/glance-specs/ and can create
confusion.

This commit removes the example spec. Merge proposals can still use the
template as a reference.
