Begin the 'T' Release naming process 

We're approaching the time when it'd be good to know what the T release
will be.  Personally I'd like to finalise the election dates for the T
cycle.

I'm happy to coordinate this.  The nomination period is a little longer
than most as I'm going to be in PTO for most of that month.  I figured
giving things a little longer wont hurt but I'm also happy to let other
handle this if they want.
