The repo is Python 3 now, so update hacking to version 3.0 which supports Python 3. Update local hacking checks for new flake8. Ignore new warnings, they will be fixed in followup. Remove hacking and friends from lower-constraints, they are not needed to be installed at run-time. Add Pygments to lower-constraints to pass requirements-check. Heat
Heat is a service to orchestrate multiple composite cloud applications using templates, through both an OpenStack-native REST API and a CloudFormation-compatible Query API.
Why heat? It makes the clouds rise and keeps them there.
