Rob Cresswell 347e4174e6 Drop run_tests.sh, and just use tox ... This patch drops run_tests.sh and just uses tox. This is primarily because tox is more familiar to Neutron and networking-cisco developers. This enables py27, py27dj18, pep8 and docs envs. Also makes minor changes to docs generation to address errors, and updates gitignore.
