fpxie d2ade05278 Add retry attempts for the partprobe command 
The partprobe command may fail because the device is busy some
times. Add retry attempts to resolve this problem.

Closes-Bug: #1756760

Overview

A common library to be used exclusively by projects under the Ironic governance.

Running Tests

To run tests in virtualenvs (preferred):

$ sudo pip install tox
$ tox

To run tests in the current environment:

$ sudo pip install -r requirements.txt
$ nosetests
