Raildo Mascena 12020a0b83 Adding note for create a project without domain info
When we create a project, using a project scoped token,
without add the domain_id or domain information in the
project creation parameters, this project will be
automatically created on the default domain.

OpenStack Keystone provides authentication, authorization and service discovery mechanisms via HTTP primarily for use by projects in the OpenStack family. It is most commonly deployed as an HTTP interface to existing identity systems, such as LDAP.
