Currently the project-deploy-guide links to the entire dev doc repo for Kolla-Ansible. This is incorrect. It should link only to installation information that can be found in the quick start guide. This patch remedies that change, and ensures that there is a link to the kolla deploy guide published at docs.o.o. Change-Id: I43738e341e996cb5a589a09c4c59c0dc8b058458 |

Kolla-Ansible Overview
The Kolla-Ansible is a deliverable project separated from Kolla project.
Kolla-Ansible deploys OpenStack services and infrastructure components in Docker containers.
Kolla's mission statement is:
To provide production-ready containers and deployment tools for operating
OpenStack clouds.Kolla is highly opinionated out of the box, but allows for complete customization. This permits operators with little experience to deploy OpenStack quickly and as experience grows modify the OpenStack configuration to suit the operator's exact requirements.
