Yossi Boaron 0256ed2c4d OCP-Router: Enable the OCP-Route handler unit tests 
Although the file that includes the ocp-route handler unit tests exist,
the unit tests don't run in tox command.
The reason for that was missing __init__.py files.
This patch resolves the __init__.py issue and updates the relevant unit
tests.

Project description

Kubernetes integration with OpenStack networking

The OpenStack Kuryr project enables native Neutron-based networking in Kubernetes. With Kuryr-Kubernetes it's now possible to choose to run both OpenStack VMs and Kubernetes Pods on the same Neutron network if your workloads require it or to use different segments and, for example, route between them.
