Michał Dulko b895427011 Fix compatiblity with old Pod annotation format ... We've changed Pod annotation format in Rocky. To support upgrading Kuryr we need to keep compatiblity with that format. This commit implements that. We should also think about creating a tool that will convert all the annotations in a setup.
