Feng Shengqin 85b1babb00 Remove the usage of MagnumObjectDictCompat from magnum_service 
Nova has removed the usage of NovaObjectDictCompat:
https://blueprints.launchpad.net/nova/+spec/rm-object-dict-compat.
magnum needs a similar cleanup.
