Spyros Trigazis 8b354e3e10 Disable lbaas on k8s-ironic job 
Proper functionality with lbaas and ironic couldn't
be verified and the infra job was failing.

Disable lbaas on the ironic driver for now.

Magnum

Magnum is an OpenStack project which offers container orchestration engines for deploying and managing containers as first class resources in OpenStack.
