Spyros Trigazis ddf27e935d Add hostname-override to kube-proxy 
Pass the node name to kube-proxy and not repy
on the cloud provider to set it. Kube-proxy needs
to start before the cloud-provider.
Without it kube-proxy fail to find the node
in the kubernete api.
