Valeriy Ponomaryov 91ebe5bf65 Increase Cinder oversubscription ratio in CI ... Generic driver fails from time to time on Cinder not being able to schedule shares because of exceeded size limit. Since we do not use size in API tests at all increase Cinder oversubscription ratio from 20.0 to 100.0 to make it enough for sure.
