Rodrigo Barbieri 31ea6a3c14 Enable host-assisted migration in ZFSOnLinux CI 
ZFSOnLinux CI is able to run host-assisted migration tests,
so enable them.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
