Ben Swartzlander 8429b9e4d5 Always disable root-squash 
Initially, root squashing was only disabled for rw
shares, but it should also be disabled for ro shares.

Closes bug: #1735832

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
