Li Wei f8b962b9c8 Correct the order of parameters in assertEqual() 
The order of parameters should be assertEqual(expected, actual).

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
