Patch: I334da33385b5d6a387824056a5ba6aa982759314 released a new version of oslo.context which includes the change to add global request_id to context: I1521188ae627fa2e7d35aa2ffffbcb620c527765. This patch fixes the failing test cases by adding global_request_id to context in tests assertion.
