Tempest Plugin for Mistral project

Luong Anh Tuan e9d1ac11fe Replace test.attr with decorators.attr ... Function 'tempest.test.attr()' has moved to 'tempest.lib.decorators .attr()' in Pike and will be removed in a future version.
