Code Issues Proposed changes

Add running mistralclient integrational tests 

Now on every commit to the mistral repository mistralclient
integration tests and api integration tests will run.
Also on every commit to the mistralclient repository only
mistralclient integrational tests will run.
(after appropriate commit to openstack-infra)
