Niklas Schwarz c5af9ad323 Add type annotations 
Add type annotations to the different parameters
and return values to modernize the python used.
This will also introduce mypy as another tool
for static code analysis which will currently not
run in CI

Welcome!

This package contains the code for the Neutron VPN as a Service (VPNaaS) service. This includes third-party drivers. This package requires Neutron to run.
